The following error message when downloading document indicates that that a user entered a space after one of the available data fields when logging into the dRofus Client. 

To solve this issue, ensure that when logging into the client there are no spaces before or after the information entered in the login window. 


Data fields that have been entered upon login are saved. If you notice that the field entered has a space, clear the user settings to remove the saved fields from the client login window.
